In this case, the use of the pendulum coincided with some great “scientific” evidence we captured with our recorders (EVPs).
Said that, PAS never deems a place haunted based on psychic impressions. We might use tools from all the extremes (spiritual and hi-tech). Even though PAS does not go by the psychic impressions alone, its clients have the right to know all the tools applied during the investigation and they also have the right to know the findings from all aspects. If something is found through psychic impressions we inform them, specifying that it is not the basis for the conclusion after examining the data evidence.
PAS philosophy has always been to incorporate all the necessary tools available for every investigation, from mediums to high-tech equipment. All evidence scientific and/or spiritual is balanced and reviewed for any paranormal evidence, if any.

Client has been in this residence for three (3) months. Client senses a child in the premises. Client witnesses unexplainable activities since moved into the residence.

Conclusion:
Based on the evidence collected, we have deemed the property as not haunted. We did collect enough evidence to declare there is a significant amount of paranormal activity. The property contains at least two transient spirits. We were able to collect several EVPs (disembodied voices), all photo and video evidence was explainable. There was a psychic impression of a spirit of a dog that is attached to the property. This attachment does not declare a haunting. The property could not be deemed as haunted because of the nature of these spirits. Since they are transient spirits, they tend to visit on occasion a place or places that had some significance in their lives. Even though these spirits seem to be attached to the property, they do have the capability of moving on. They as with all spirits don't pose any harm to anyone at anytime. We recommend that a blessing and/or cleansing performed on the property to help remove the energies that are currently imprinted on the property from past events. As far as the transient spirits, there is not much that can be done because they are transient in nature, they would return after any blessings or cleansing are performed.
