Residence Paranormal History:
The two-story residence has had only one owner. It was virgin land prior to construction. The owner stated that before construction it was a “special land.” Nothing was found in our research. All the paranormal activity seems to gravitate around the client's father.
Her father died from cancer in 1998 and she has seen his apparition occasionally by the stairs where he used to sit (witnessed by other family members); mentioning she has “bumped into him... strangest sensation in the world like walking through a wall of thick air anticipating impact, you gasp, goose bumps follow, hair standing on ends.” She can also smell the cigars her father used to smoke. Client hears voices calling her when she is alone. She has been touched on the shoulder, at night, mostly on the stairs. She sees shadows and “unorganized puff of smoke” by the second floor hallway. Feelings of being watched while sleeping or awake. Tapping from no source. Electrical disturbances while watching TV, the volume goes up or channel changes. Wall clock cabinet door opens on its own in the middle of the night. When she feels any presence her cat acts erratic.

Temperature Irregularities:
Cold spots in kitchen and sofa with 60 degrees of temperature. Baseline was 74 degrees.
Investigators Experiences:
As soon as the team arrived and walked through the rooms they felt a pressure in one of the rooms and in the middle of the living room. Bill got sick when he arrived at the edge of a bed on another room. Jessica, while video recording, felt something went through her arm; after reviewing the video tape, we heard a static coming from the video camera at the same time of her comment. Lourdes had the feeling that there were more than one entity in the residence; sitting on the stairs she felt sick, with a sharp pain in her stomach and a feeling of agony, she even cried without having the need to do so (she cannot explain why it happened). The team did not physically see any anomaly, but felt a lot of paranormal experiences. Some where verified with the photographs while members asked to have their picture taken, or through the video recording.
There were other unexplainable anomalies like Bill's cell phone came back twice to "ring tone" when it was on "vibration only." Jessica's cell phone took a picture from her back pocket - no image. The EMF detector was turned off and no other member did.
Conclusion:
The residence is not haunted, but shows some type of paranormal activity felt by the P.A.S. team. Most of the orbs on the video appeared right after our questions and close to the objects we asked them to be close to or touch. The EVPs (Class "C") were not legible enough to ascertain if the client's father was trying to communicate or if it was another entity. Further research is needed on the EVPs.
P.A.S. had an interview with the client to educate her on the findings. She was very impressed with the results and the fact that our investigation verified many of her concerns. She feels comfortable to continue with these paranormal activities in her home. No other visit is necessary unless she contacts us again.
