Front Chair at the Throne Room.

Our member, Jessie, used an AuraCam 600. It is a special version of a Polaroid camera that has additional sensors using fiber optics and biofeedback technology to measure the aura (i.e. energy field). It translates this energy field into color, which varies depending on the energy's intensity, printed then on top of the regular picture.

With a scientific view, I approached this subject very carefully. I picked the dowsing rods in my hands and asked to the group what to do. I have heard of this instrument and the controversial issue concerning Florida and the water level. -Before the day of the investigation at Coral Castle Ashley suggested we should use the dowsing rods and conduct our own research. It might work everywhere since there is water under me, I thought-. Jessie suggested I should ask for water, asking to the dowsing rods “find the water” while she held a bottle of water far away on my left. So, I asked, “find the water.” To my surprise, both of the rods moved straight to the direction of the bottle of water. I was still skeptical. I decided to move around the courtyard until I reached the Throne Room. Facing the North Wall I began to ask “Ed, are you here?” The rods began to rotate towards the Throne Room. Someone shouted from afar, “Ask where's Ed” so I did. The rods immediately pointed to my right, where the Throne Room was, directly towards the high chair. Jessie ran towards me with her Polaroid camera and took a picture of the chair. I moved around several times to trick the rods and continued to ask. It gave me the same results, always pointing towards the high chair. Then, Robert, another PAS member, suggested I should face the south and ask again. I did and the rods rotated towards my left, where the high chair was. Then, everyone from PAS ran towards me and proceeded to take pictures for evidence. It was a free-for-all as they seemed to imitate the paparazzi effect when a movie star is found. But, who was the movie star? Me? No, it was Ed! In an instant and in front of everyone I felt someone's presence and the same feelings I get became real and Robert said “...there's an orb behind you, Lourdes!” I knew! After the frenzy slowed down, I decided to test the rods and my skepticism, so I asked, “Where is Ed's second floor bedroom?” Everyone went silent, waiting for the rods to move. Suddenly, the rods briskly began rotating towards Ed's living quarters. I said, “that's it!” and handed the rods to someone, pulling away from that spot. Everyone laughed. It was real!

The moral of the story? Never turn away any technique or tools from a paranormal investigation!! --Lourdes
